A diffuser for a fixture you have purchased can also break during installation, relocation or due to any other problem. A terrible shame for both you and the environment if you then have to replace your entire lamp. That's why we at Lucide have spare parts available for you! How do I know if a new diffuser is available for my lamp?
The easiest and fastest way to find the lamp you have purchased is in our webshop. At the bottom of the page of the product you selected is a section called “Service parts for this item”. This section shows you immediately whether a separate diffuser is available, as well as all other service parts. You can of course always search for the product you are looking for within the diffusers page. At the bottom of this page, in the section "Service part suitable for", you will find the products for which the selected diffuser is suitable.
How do I order my diffuser?
If a diffuser is available for the lamp you selected, it is best to order it from a recognized sales point in the region selected by you. A list of these points of sale can be found on the page “Find your point of sale”.
Tip: Call or e-mail the point of sale selected by you before you go to the shop. In most cases, they have to order this diffuser specifically for you, and most likely do not have it in stock.
